Do this ⬇️ and never get run penalties, miss laps or get your HYROX race pace wrong! If you have a smart watch it should have 'activities' like Running, cycling etc. There should be one similar to 'indoor running or track' or even 'treadmill'. Use this setting or duplicate this activity and rename Hyrox. Set the data fields to primarily show overall time, lap time, and HR ❤️ if you are keeping check on zones. Then hit start when you start obviously. And every time you exit OUT on a run, hit lap.
