Started the morning as always with weigh-in, water and supps. Quick mobility session outside while the weather was decent — body always feels better when I stay on top of that. Kept fat intake higher for breakfast today since it was a gym day. I’ll usually keep fats higher and carbs slightly lower on gym days to support healthy hormone balance and testosterone.
