I’ve just watched this Ted Talk by @dino_ambrosi that really struck a chord. If, like me, you’re having constant battles with your kids over screen time then re-frame the conversation and show them this. The need to understand the WHY. Not feel like we’re taking something away from the, but that we’re fighting to help them understand that their time and attention is valuable and they can choose how to spend it. Never mind the kids needing to see this… I think I needed to see it too… Thank you @s
