Dec 9, 2024 · I ate Thanksgiving dinner at Palmer Legends, in 2022 & 2023. It's not an exaggeration to say it was spectacular. A friend of mine's family, owns Hart's Turkey Farm in NH. It seats 500+ people and has been a landmark for 70 years. They know how to do turkey. Palmer's Thanksgiving dinner was as good as any I've ever had at Hart's.

Dec 8, 2024 · I've had 2 Thanksgiving Dinners at Palmer Legends (they were too busy this year) and it was spectacular, both times. Turkey is actually fairly easy to prepare at scale, but you have to want to do a good job. At one of our hotels, we generally serve about 1000 for Easter, 800 for Mother's Day and 800 for Thanksgiving.

Nov 2, 2024 · Wherever you make reservations make sure to ask if they're serving actual turkey or turkey roast. Some places last year were serving turkey roast, which is garbage.

Oct 22, 2017 · Count me as one that wishes most restaurants were closed on Thanksgiving for the benefit of their employees, or at the very least ONLY operated with willing volunteers...even if it required a limited service. Along the same lines, I also wished stores opened no earlier than 9:00AM...on the day after Thanksgiving. Yes, flame suit is on.
