DFL State Senator arrested for DWI

MAPLEWOOD, Minn. — A DFL State Senator is accused of his second DWI. According to Minnesota State Patrol, troopers pulled Tou Xiong over in Maplewood for weaving out of his lane and failing to use his turn signal. In a breath test, officials say Xiong blew a .09, just over the legal limit. He was taken to jail and released about two hours later.
