This British Open was never in doubt Sunday as Scottie Scheffler delivered another dominant performance to win his second major this year and grab the third leg of the career Grand Slam.

Scheffler not only won his second major this year — and fourth in the last three years — he captured the third leg of the career Grand Slam, now missing only the U.S. Open.

Scottie Scheffler won the 2025 Open Championship, the first British Open victory of his career, giving him career wins at three of the four major tournaments. Only the U.S. Open remains.
