Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne has died at the age of 76, just days after he took to the stage in his hometown to perform his final concert

The founding Black Sabbath frontman died Tuesday, aged 76, his family confirmed in a statement. “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time,” they said.

Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath fans who missed this month’s Back to the Beginning farewell concert, don’t fret — the star-studded extravaganza is coming to the big screen in early 2026. Mercury Studios will cut down the all-day event into a 100-minute film titled Back to the Beginning: Ozzy’s Final Bow.
