Chelsea have a long-standing interest in signing Garnacho after being heavily linked with the winger since January. However, the Independent reported on 29 July Chelsea don’t want to pay more than £30million to sign him this summer. Garnacho started in 36 of his 58 outings last season, where he registered 11 goals and 10 assists.
