KPop Demon Hunters has taken over Netflix, and may easily be the best animated movie of 2025. Following girl group Huntrix as they balance their lives as K-pop stars with moonlighting as demon hunters, the movie dives into a thrilling fantasy-inspired, K-pop-powered work of animation that honors South Korean mythology.

Everyone is talking about KPop Demon Hunters on Netflix. People are either raving about the soundtrack or putting forward the argument that the main characters Rumi and Jinu were patterned after their favorites.

“Sinners,” set in 1932, stars Michael B. Jordan in a dual performance as twin bootleggers Smoke and Stack, who return from Chicago to their Mississippi home to open a juke joint. They recruit their cousin Sammie (Miles Caton) and local legend Delta Slim ( Delroy Lindo) to provide the opening night’s entertainment.
