Vermont State Police said they have found the driver responsible for hitting a child with his vehicle over the weekend. The Westminster barracks said 61-year-old David Knapp of Vernon was behind the wheel of a Hyundai Accent that hit a student who was getting off of a school bus on Friday in Vernon.
