A Harris County deputy says a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle that was in the same lane on the service road early Sunday morning.

The H-E-B on Jones and West Roads was evacuated after a bomb threat on Saturday. No threats were found.

Officials say the suspect crashed the vehicle and tried to run, but fell in front of a deputy vehicle that was chasing him.
