Lawyers for Sean Combs lost their bid to keep footage of his 2016 hotel assault on his former girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, out of his racketeering and sex trafficking trial.

A federal prosecutor also disclosed at a hearing Friday that the government had offered Combs a plea deal, which he rejected.

Footage of Sean “Diddy” Combs physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, will be shown to the jury in his criminal sex trafficking trial, which is scheduled to begin next month.
