The Miami Heat are on a "short list" of preferred teams for Sacramento Kings star De'Aaron Fox in the event he's traded, according to Yahoo Sports'

The Houston Rockets had been linked to Sacramento Kings guard De'Aaron Fox for weeks amid heavy trade rumors surrounding the All-Star guard. The noise briefly grew even louder after the Kings officially made Fox available in trade talks, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.

According to NBA insider Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports, De’Aaron Fox is open to the Sacramento Kings trading him to the San Antonio Spurs, Miami Heat or Houston Rockets. The Kings are expected to open up talks to potentially trade Fox.
