Grammer and Danson first co-starred on the beloved sitcom Cheers, with Danson portraying bartender Sam Malone and Grammer incarnating the Frasier Crane character he'd spin off into Frasier. The pair didn't speak for nearly 30 years after Cheers bowed in 1993, but now that they've patched things up, Grammer is eager to collaborate again.

As Grammer, who previously starred in Cheers and the original Frasier (two of the best sitcoms of all time) sees it, there’s a “better home” for the Frasier revival, claiming that the powers-that-be at Paramount+ “didn’t really promote or spend much time on it.” As he elaborated in his interview with The New York Post:

Frasier star Kelsey Grammer says he’s “very positive” the revived sitcom will be picked up for a third season by a new streaming service or network.
