Less than 24 hours after being thrown out of the House Chamber for interrupting President Donald Trump's speech to Congress, U.S. Rep. Al Green was in his office racing to keep up with the constant flow of interview requests coming in.

Rep. Al Green defended his protest during President Trump’s joint address, saying he was speaking out against Medicaid cuts and is prepared to face consequences. He accused Trump of retaliation and warned that Democrats must balance civility with strong opposition as rights and freedoms are at risk.
