Four candidates are vying for two vice chair spots on the Democratic National Committee (DNC) after a majority of members voted earlier this week to redo the election of David Hogg and Pennsylvania state Rep.

Before this resolution, fighting among Democrats, including with activist David Hogg, had roiled the party for a month and had threatened Kenyatta's position.

State Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta, D — 181st District, will get to keep his vice-chair position in the Democratic National Committee, after his lone challenger for the role quit the race.
