Antetokounmpo had to pretty much do it all by himself on Sunday after Damian Lillard exited the game in the first quarter. Lillard was unable to return, and the suspicion is that the six-time All-Star may have suffered a potentially season-ending injury.

Unfortunately, the Bucks suffered some early misfortune when star point guard Damian Lillard suffered a lower leg injury just six minutes into the game and was ruled out for the remainder of the contest.

Giannis Antetokounmpo's future with the Bucks is currently under so much doubt as they go down 3-1 against the Pacers.
