The June 15 attack severed 13 cables, including more than 2,600 individual fibers, belonging to Charter Communications.

A Spectrum internet outage Friday is impacting the city of Decatur and especially Point Mallard Park and City Hall. Point Mallard Manager Nicole Belcher said the outage is forcing a delay in the opening of the Aquatics Center and Jimmy Johns Tennis and Pickleball Center until the internet is back up.
