As federal prosecutors called witnesses to the stand in Sean "Diddy" Combs' criminal trial, his ex-girlfriend, the R&B singer Cassie Ventura, continued her testimony Wednesday inside the New York City courthouse as the trial entered its second day.

Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura returns to the witness stand on Wednesday in Sean “Diddy” Combs’s sex-trafficking trial following hours of chilling testimony where she described suffering through years of coerced encounters with male escorts.

During her first day of testimony, Cassie described being pressured into degrading sexual encounters with paid sex workers. She also recounted being beaten numerous times by Combs when she did things that displeased him — like smiling at him the wrong way.
