Aaron Glenn began his career as an NFL player after being drafted in the first round in 1994 by the New York Jets. After retiring from the NFL following the 2008 season, Glenn received another NFL opportunity when he was brought in by the Jets to be a personnel scout in 2012.

Aaron Glenn is the new head coach of the New York Jets. Glenn, 52, was officially hired by the Jets this week and he was long a fan favorite for the job.
