Galatasaray say they have opened negotiations with Wolves and Mario Lemina over a potential transfer for the Gabon midfielder.

Wolves midfielder Mario Lemina (31) will be allowed to secure a deadline day loan move to Galatasaray once Wolverhampton sign Marshall Munetsi (28) from Ligue 1 outfit Reims, according to L’Equipe.

The Super Lig leaders are said to have agreed a €2.5m (£2.08m) for the player, who has previously represented the club earlier in his career. A sale for a cut-price fee was in Wolves' best interest courtesy of Lemina having less than six months remaining on his contract.

With just hours remaining in the transfer window, Wolverhampton Wanderers are now reportedly confident they'll sign a £17m+ midfielder.
