Really depressing place looks very run down and the enclosures dont look big enough for the animals, would avoid in the future.Full review by DannyGurney

Looks very outdated and poorly maintained, the birds are In aviaries but look to have no shelter within so most of the birds are huddled in corners struggling to keep warm. I feel bad for having paid…Full review by Sam H

Hi, do you have a time slot to arrive if you book online and are there bird hides where you can see kingfishers.
A:
When I booked online you just select the date you require but no time slot. I don’t recall seeing any bird hides when we visited back in February this year.
How much time is good time to see through this attraction without missing anything. We are on half day visit for Bourton-On-The-Water, thus need some input before booking tickets.

Two- three hours is plenty, particularly if you don’t eat there

Hi there....we have visited Birdland before so some areas we stayed longer at eg. Penguins. However we easily filled the 2 hours which included a stop at the Cafe and took in the Jurasic area. We were never felt pushed and with social distancing there were no blockages any where seeing Averys.
You must book before you go. You will need to book a time slot and numbers of persons visiting is limited. You can book online. The cafe is open but is takeaway only.
