"I was with Davey for more than 15 years until this year. I have a wild cherry tree that was been treated for fire blight and I just happened to be home in the early spring of 2023 when the technician showed up and sprayed the trunk of the tree and when I questioned why and instead of spraying the leaves he said because the height of the tree, I didn't know any better so I let it go, in the fall the technician showed up for trees and shrubs treatment and he never got out of the truck. I googled the treatment for leaf blight and found the spray has to be on the leaves and by spraying the trunk was wasting $300.00 . I called the assigned arborist and told him what happened and said the technician was new and I had to give him a chance to learn his job. No offer of reimbursement! needless to say I canceled my contract and went with another vendor. So disappointed in Davey Tree Services."

The cost was very high for 1 tree did not take 30 min. then they charged another 100 for the stump then did not even clean up when they left. When we called for questions and concerns they where extremely rude. Seems they are very good at ripping off older people."
