"This venue is terrible for anything other than exhibitions or auto shows.\n\nWe attended the WCOL Winter Wonder Jam in 2025. We waited over an hour in the drink lines, which was completely avoidable with proper staffing and planning. Then the power went out during Koe Wetzel's performance. I understand the power issue wasn't controllable, but the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the price we paid.\n\nDo better!"
